It's that time of year again, folks!! Time to cast your ballot for the most prestigious awards in all of Fantasy Football: THE DYM AWARDS!!!!!!!!!!
As we do every December, the Defend Your Moves staff compiled nominees in three self-evident categories:
Best Pickup - Best undrafted player
Best Draft Value - Best player drafted 5th round or later
DYM MVP - Special Ed team that contributed the most to the DYM Community this season.
Voting will remain open for one week (until Dec. 21).
BEST PICKUP:
Cordarelle Patterson - Doug 9/20 - traded to DYM - 11/20 -- The only undrafted WR to finish in the top 15 - and one of only two undrafted RBs in the top 12!!
Eli Mitchell - Chris 9/12 - tobin 10/20. -- The #6 RB in points per game. Shanahanigans at their finest.
TJ Hockenson - DYM 9/13 - Rob 9/27 -- Started almost every game in Special Ed this year, for some reason.
Josh Gordon - Dave 9/28 -- JOSH GORDON, YOU GUYS!!!!!!
BEST DRAFT VALUE:
Cooper Kupp - 5.10 - The #1 WR, by a lot.
D’Andre Swift - 6.5 - The best player on the Commish's Team. #13 RB.
Ja’Marr Chase - 8.2 - Probably the best keeper in this league for 2022.
Deebo Samuel - 10.3 - The #4 WR and another 49er that everybody forgot about. Kyle Shanahan is just the worst though. SMGDH.
DYM MVP:
TEAM DYM -- 5 trades; 84 moves; Baseball champion; Miss Cleo's pick are 8-6.
Pauls Awesome Team -- 2 trades; Incredible playoff run won 6 of the last 8.
Sharon Ertz Won the two biggest blockbuster trades of the year; Spoiled Tobin’s bye with a 170 pt monster.
Tobin & The Rippers -- 2nd most moves in Special Ed (37); 3 terrible trades.
